✨Babe With A Dream✨ When I created my podcast I was looking for a way to connect with other women. I went from working full time as a designer in the fashion industry to now a stay at home mom. If you’ve ever made that leap, you know it can get a little lonely. What I’ve learned from talking to different girlfriends on my show is at the core we were all once little girls with big dreams. We experience set backs, disappointments, heartbreak, victories and traumas. We become mothers and wives and as beautiful as the journey is we sometimes disconnect from that dream or maybe it starts to seem too far out of reach. I kept feeling the desire to create, I had abandoned fashion but that feeling was still there in my heart. I knew I wanted something of my own, I wanted to empower other women to pursue their dreams, live happy fulfilled lives and support each other through sisterhood. 📣I have created a tee shirt line called Babe With A Dream. I seriously feel like I should have been alive in the 70s. The strength and power of the women of that time like Cher, Bianca Jagger, Donna Summer, Debbie Harry, and Diana Ross is electric. So I’ve created retro style graphics that pay homage to that time and strength! I am working to set up my online shop in time for Black Friday and I will be popping up somewhere pretty much every weekend till Christmas. I was that mom with a screaming toddler in line to vote. It was the most anxious I’ve felt in a long time. I contemplated getting out of line several times and just voting next time.
